Controllable free-fall hook winch:the main winch allows high speed free fall function. As the product specially designed for the pile driving, this main winch is featured with high safety level, high lifting speed and high individual rope tension force: the tension force of the first layer is up to 130kN, the rated tension force of third layer rope is up to 110kN and the speed of third layer rope can be more than 90m/min. With grip disc brake, the high efficient operation and reliable braking effect can be ensured. Compared with the conventional pile machine, this product greatly enhances the lifting efficiency and eliminates the problem of low construction efficiency;

Economical and environment-friendly Weichai engine: the engines supplied by Weichai Power Co., Ltd. which is well-known in China are provided with combined type multi-stage air filter system and strong power up to 175 HP; the multi-stage fuel filter system reduces the fuel consumption rate and evidently saves the production costs; the emission meets China Phase 2 emission standard requirements.The power source is reliable, economical and environment-friendly. The electronic instrument cluster integrates the engine control data to enable the real time display and monitoring of operating state and creates better operating environment for the engine.

Telescopic chassis mechanism:the reinforced 60T crawler crane chassis independently developed by Yutong can extend the folding beam to enhance the chassis stability without impairing the transportation. With “Four-wheel & A track” of excavator, the track shoe width can be up to 800mm and the stretching width can be up to 4520mm. The left/right crawlers are equipped with automatic tensioner and the crawler expansion and contraction can be directly controlled in the cab. Different from the top-heavy conventional piling machine, this machine eliminates the potential safety hazard; Compared with the conventional walking crawler and rolling bar piling machine running mechanism, this machine allows convenient motion and enables safer construction environment.

High strength main unit boom:the boom is made of high strength structural tube through welding and the boom tip employs nylon pulley to allow high rigidity, light weight and high bearing capacity. Together with the pile driver provided by the customer, the 22m high strength boom can achieve the lime-soil compaction pile construction of 22m depth with a pile diameter not more than 600mm. While the conventional piling machine cannot complete the piling deeper than 15m, this machine widens the construction scope. The customer may choose the optional auxiliary winch (with hook free fall function), vertical adjusting cylinder on the pile driver and ground supporting cylinder to allow the precast pile (tubular pile) construction, which covers the precast tubular piles with the depth not more than 18m and diameter being 400mm or those with the depth not more than 15m and diameter being 500mm.

All-hydraulic control system:the hydraulic system employs total power variable control system. The main pump is a variable pump, adopting hydraulic pilot proportional control to enable the good load sense, excellent inching performance, high accuracy, easy stick control and minimize the operator's fatigue.

Human-oriented cab:shock absorber connection, wide view field, attractive appearance, high end shock-absorbing seat, fan and heater enhance the operation comfort. The customer can choose the optional HVAC system, anemometer, level gauge and megaphone according to user’s flexible requirement.

Suspension type counterweight:the suspension type counterweight allows easy removal, installation and transfer.
