1. ISUZU engine
Water cooling, direct injection, with turbocharging and inter cooler

2. Hydraulic main pump
It adopts main pump with power control, positive flow control, and proportional reducing valve.
The flow from main pump is in direct ratio with the signal of output pressure from pilot valve, which make the flow from main pump follow the needs of working devices and make real time match, and thus greatly improves the energy-saving capability.
A. Choose H mode for high productivity.
B. Choose S mode for both productivity and energy-saving.
C. Choose L mode only for energy-saving without concern of productivity.
D. Choose B mode for breaker operation.
3. Main valve
It adopts advanced multifunctional control valve:
A. The pressure can be increased transiently through the switch when the digging force is insufficient to overcome the external load.
B. The excavator and make any movement during straight travel.
C. The boom and arm confluence valves are installed inside the main valve, which eliminates the needs of external hoses and reduces cost.
D. The arm cylinder regeneration circuit can make arm cylinder “floatation”, the pressure from the main pump controls the meter out and it can avoid arm descend.
E. There are pressure retention valves in the boom cylinder and arm cylinder which can prevent the boom and arm from accidentally fall.
F. The boom descend is achieved under gravity with the control of pressure switch and solenoid valve, and it does not need oil from the main pump, which greatly reduces energy consumption.
G. The logic control of various excavator movement is achieved through the connection of shuttle valve and main valve, which features simple structure and outstanding advantages.
4. Automatic idling
When there is no excavator operation for 3 seconds, it can make automatic idling, which saves the fuel consumption and reduces noise.
5. High/low travel speed
The operator can choose either the high or low speed gear according to the road condition.
6. oil/water cooling
The engine water tank and hydraulic oil cooler can cool down the water and oil at the same time through the engine fan, which features compact structure and good heat balance.
7. Chassis of high strength and reliability
The lower frame adopts X-structure which is welded by high strength steel plates; the trailer wheel, support wheel, guide wheel and track guard have high installation reliability; the high strength track plate can bear the impact of rough ground surface, and the entire frame has good capability of anti-bending and anti-flex.
8. Cab
The cab is of ergonomics design with spacious internal space, good light and view. And the air conditioner is also available.
9. Covers
Beautiful and fashion appearance. All the cover parts are made through moulds.
10. The reinforced bucket
The sealed and adjustable bucket is installed with noise reduction gasket, which ensures low noise.
11. Electric control: electronic monitoring, complete inspection function
The electronic monitor is installed with a LED, which features waterproof, dustproof, and immunity from interference. The parameters of engine, hydraulic system, and electric control, as well as trouble warning and work time are shown for the operator to learn the operation status of the machine. It has both Chinese and English display which is convenient for the global users.
