XCMG XZJ5310TFC Micro Surfacing Paver
The slurry seal paver can mainly be applicable to the preventive maintenance of asphalt roads, and provide the road with a 3 – 15 mm thick thin overlay which plays a role of water-proofing, micro-crack-filling, improving the anti-skid performance and evenness of the roads, extending the service lifetime and etc; and it can also be applicable to the repair of wheel rut and the construction of underlayer sealing of a new road.
l 1、Hydraulic flexible paving box features adjustable paving width, normal and reverse material-conveying spiral directions , which can meet construction requirement of micro-surface road; and the wheel rut paving box is optional. l 2、Spiral conveying type filling system, hydraulic transmission stepless conveying system, accurate metering by the speed sensor; two sets of independent drive systems, which can be used to pave coloured road. l 3、Equip with high pressure cleaning water pump, which can timely clean asphalt adhered on the paving box and the mixer after construction. l 4、Intelligent control system can provide one-key unloading, on-line monitoring, fault alarm and other advanced functions, and you can accurately set discharging sequence of various materials with the touch screen. l 5、Adopt SINETRUCK 8×4 chassis, plus two-stages reduction equipment, featuring good low-speed working performance. l 6、With hydraulic elements from international famous manufacturers, featuring good working reliability. l 7、600 liter stainless steel additive agent tank, air pressure transfer, the flow meter can accurately display material supplying speed. l 8、Genuine imported emulsification asphalt pump with insulation sleeve, thermal insulation by the circulation water in the chassis engine, featuring good convey capability, which has self priming function. l 9、Continuous 4×2 spiral conveying type filling system, hydraulic transmission stepless conveying system, accurate metering by the speed sensor; two sets of independent drive systems, which can be used to pave coloured road.l 10、Large capacity aggregate bin, continuous belt conveying, anti-deflection drive roller; the high frequency electronic vibrator is equipped under the vibration boom so as to protect against arching of aggregate; the aggregate reducer is equipped with the speed sensor for accurate metering; the belt machine can be extracted out in a whole, which facilitates maintenance. l 11、Double axles force mixer can rotate in normal and reverse directions, featuring stepless regulation of the speed; anti-abrasion replaceable blade featuring long service lifetime, the discharging angle is adjustable, which meets construction requirements on a slope. l 12、Equip with high pressure cleaning water gun, which can ben used to timely clean asphalt adhered on the paving box and the mixer after construction. l 13、Hydraulic flexible paving box features adjustable paving width, normal and reverse material-conveying spiral directions , which can meet construction requirement of micro-surface road; and the wheel rut paving box is optional.Technical Parameters
