铁路客运专线预制梁、现浇梁普遍使用高性能耐久型混凝土（C50—C80），泵送阻力大，要求连续作业，在规定时间内（通常为6小时）完成规定方量的浇注施工。

对混凝土泵的选用，要求设备实际泵送压力高、排量大；要求连续作业情况下可靠性高，要求适应冬季严寒及夏季高温环境下施工。

First, it supply all the pressure oil to the gate cylinder motivation by a main pump, after the motivation of the gate cylinder is powerful and the gate valve is located, oil would supply to the movement of the main oil cylinder. The improvement of the pumping oil cylinder improves the ability of the anti-fouling, anti-emulsification and emission.
