1.High-performance mixing drum
The combination of the large capacity mixing drum and the uniquely-designed double logarithmic variable pitch helical blade enables the mixer get perfect balance between the concrete mixing quality and discharging speed, it not only meets the requirements of pumping while discharging at idle speed but also ensures the uniformity of concrete mixing.
Wear resistant material B520JJ was gradually applied to the mixing drums and blades, it effectively prolong the service life of the mixing drums. The drum welding was automatic welded by welding robot, which features more steady and reliable.
2.Complete safety and environmental-protection measures
Lower installation angle lower down the whole vehicle’s center of gravity, this makes the driving more steady and discharging more smooth, and gains better traffic ability.
Large capacity mixing drum with special designed stop devices at the discharging channel can prevent accidental overflow of concrete, thus keep the urban roads clean.
The solid side protective device, rear protective device, and reflecting film stick at the rear part ensure the driving safety.

Connecting rod operation mode is applied in driver’ cab and both side at the rear part of the vehicle, it can realize three axle linkage which features convenient and simple in operation.
The operation mode of controller with soft shaft features more safe and reliable.
Operation of electric control mode features energy-saving, comfortable and full of humanness.
